This daylit home built using state-of-the-art green technology and reclaimed materials promises to become the first Built Green Emerald Star-certified home in Seattle. Dwell Development designed the house, which aims for the highest rating in the Built Green program, thanks to several sustainable mechanisms and features, which include a heat recovery system, solar energy harvesting, hot water heat pump and fantastic insulation.
