September 2023 – At their annual conference, Built Green recognized outstanding builders and advocates during the 2023 Built Green Hammer Award ceremony. The best projects from the past year were highlighted and Built Green supporters were recognized for their contributions to the program. Dwell was awarded two 2023 Built Green Hammer Awards for Project of the Year as well as for Remodel Project of the Year!
2023 Project of the Year: Lakehouse 2.0 Development
Featured in this Built Green Case Study, Lakehouse 2.0 is a 5-Star Net Zero Energy (NZE) certified, six bedroom, five bathroom historical home remodel with a spacious two bedroom ADU. An all-electric home, the home is 27.1% above 2015 WSEC with 16kW net positive energy from the solar PV room system. This property also won the 2023 Built Green Remodel Project of the Year.
