Located three blocks north of Lake Union near the Burke Gilman in Wallingford. Intended with Net Zero energy and active solar needs in mind, this 5-Star Built Green modern house orients to the southeast to provide passive heating and natural light within the home. The home was designed to be carbon conscious and to meet high standards of energy efficiency and air quality. Building materials were carefully selected for durability, beauty, and low carbon impact.

Modern design elements include concrete, glass, raw steel, and wood. The integration of sustainable technologies like automated systems, ductless heating and cooling, triple pane windows, robust insulated walls, EV charging, pre-wire for a rooftop solar power array presents throughout.
